All items shown in the Highland Farm website must be as appears to the customer. If the customer is dissatisfied, they may receive a full refund immediately.
Workshops do not require physical tickets and your purchase is sufficient to gain entry. Workshops are refundable only if Highland Farm cancels the event or if the customer provides 48 hour notice.
Farm Shares are available for the pickup dates shown on the item, there is no need to pick up a ticket or physical confirmation of purchase.
Items must be paid for at the time of purchase. This is the only way to hold items.
If the customer cannot pick up the item within 72 hours of the item being read, Highland Farm reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the customer in full.
If Highland Farm does not have the item in stock, we agree to a full refund of that item.
