Shipping & returns

Placing an order:
We are happy to accept an order over the website at any time, and over the phone during business hours when possible. If the phone is too busy to permit that, feel free to leave a message and we will call you back as soon as we can.

Shipping Policy:
Highland Farm does not ship or mail items.

Bulk deliveries must be set up in person in the Farm Market or over the phone.

Our Alcohol policy:
Alcohol may only be purchased in person in the Farm Market with proper, legal identification. 

Our Return/Refund policy:
Receipts required for all returns.

We will happily find your receipt if you are in the Rewards Program.

All returns must be done within 30 days, unless a guarantee is specifically offered that exceeds that time frame.
Highland Farm guarantees all trees and shrubs for one year. We will refund or replace as availability and customer preference dictate. Customer must have receipt or be in our rewards system so that we can identify the sale.  Shrubs and trees that were sold at a discounted price will be exchanged for credit of sale amount.

We do not guarantee annual plants, as these largely depend on customer care.

Alcohol may not be returned, per Maine State Law.

Workshop tickets may be cancelled for full refund with 48 hours notice before the workshop time.

Cancelling an order:
If you would like to cancel an order, please call the Farm Market at 207-883-2861 and we will take care of that for you immediately.
